Enrollment for New Team Members

Team Members Hired after October 1, 2022

If you are hired after October 1, 2022, you will need to complete two separate enrollments.

  • You will complete your new hire enrollment for 2022 benefits through ADP.
  • You will need to call the VillageMD Benefits Service Center at 1-877-845-5463 to complete your 2023 enrollment.
  • You will receive emails with instructions on how to complete the two different enrollments.
  • Information on 2022 benefits is included on this website. 
  • Visit the Benefits Enhancements page to see benefit changes for 2023.

Please be sure to print your confirmation statement when you complete your new hire enrollment so you can mirror your elections for 2023. Your 2022 elections will not be reflected in the system when you enroll for 2023, so you will need to select benefits again for 2023.

2022 Enrollment Checklist

  • Go to workforcenow.adp.com within the first 30 days after your hire or acquisition date to make your 2022 benefit elections for:

    • Medical
    • Dental
    • Vision
    • Employee-Paid Supplemental Life and AD&D
    • Long-Term Disability*
    • Health Savings Account (HSA)
    • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA)
    • Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA)
    • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
    • Commuter Benefits Accounts

    You do not need to enroll for these benefits, which are provided automatically at no cost to you: Company-Paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Designate your beneficiary for your HSA, your Life and AD&D coverage and your 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan account.

  • Upon completing your benefit elections, it’s important you validate your elections and click “SUBMIT ENROLLMENT” to complete the process.

  • Check the email confirmation of your benefit elections. If you find an error, you must contact the VillageMD Benefits Team at benefits@villagemd.com within 30 days after the date of the email confirmation.

  • To access your 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan when eligible, go to mykplan.adp.com. After receiving your welcome letter with your log on information, you can change your contribution rate, make investment elections, or opt out of contributing.
